Hopefully you and your families are doing well during these trying times. At this time you should have received your Saving check to help you and your family get through this Covid-19 crisis.
Due to to the Covid-19 virus that we are experiencing at this time, the Union Hall will remain open, however we will not permit anyone to come into the building other than staff. If you need any assistance you may call the office at 708 544
9100 ext. 216 or 217 for Union questions, or extension 219 or 223 for Welfare and Pension questions.
Also, at this time the April 14 regular Union meeting has been cancelled. The special meeting for May 8, and our nomination for officers meeting on May 12, and all future meetings have been cancelled at this time. The scheduled election of officers which was to take place July11 has been cancelled .There will be an election of officers at a later date.
If you are working, please work safely. Use hand sanitizers and please keep a safe distance from one another on the job site.We will continue working as long as the Governor and and Mayor consider us essential workers.
